Lead Business Analyst, Senior Consultant

What you’ll do
  • As a senior BA you will be expected to lead and facilitate conversations between technology/vendors, business, various customers and team members.
  • Responsible for backup Product Pod Owners including Program Increment Planning and Quarterly Business Review.
  • Contribute to Sprint goals and velocity targets.
  • Own the implementation of Business Scorecard solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Lead all aspects of the adoption of Agile methodologies to ensure project efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Foster workshops and training sessions to promote standard processes in Agile and Business Scorecard usage.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Lead project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet targets and budget constraints.
  • Engage with collaborators to capture feedback and ensure their expectations are satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
What you bring to the role
  • More than 5 years of proven ability as a Lead Business Analyst with knowledge of Canadian Personal Banking & Personal Savings and Investments background.
  • Superb communication skills and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Agile methodologies and have the ability to quickly learn client's Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Familiarity with RESP Product, process, and policies. Understanding of adherence to Govt regulations is an added bonus.
  • Possess a solid background in Business Scorecard implementation and management.
Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an Onsite position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON, Canada.
