Job Title: Scrap Metal Buyer

Responsibilities:

  1. Purchasing scrap metal from incoming customers.
  2. Putting metal in the appropriate area for processing.
  3. Helping customers with their product.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Signing Bonus: $1000 for experienced Scrap Buyers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Quick learner
  • Good communication skills (relationship building)
  • Good salesmanship
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
  • Forklift license
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Manage time effectively
  • Purchasing scrap from incoming customers
  • Scrap metal purchasing experience is an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Additional Pay:
