Their vibrant communities are defined by engaging contemporary architecture and design, highly functional spaces and outstanding amenities including innovative integration with transit and retail.About the role:Support full-cycle accounting for various corporate entities and complex project entities, including processing accounts payable, preparing monthly close journal entries, preparing invoices, preparing bank reconciliations and processing deposits;Prepare and support preparation of monthly financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements and GST reasonability calculations, for various corporate and project entitiesCollect and provide invoices and other information for auditors and quantity surveyors;Process invoices and ensure the accuracy of coding, allocation and approvals;Prepare and process cheque requisitionsMaintain vendor profile and EFT vendor informationProcess monthly ACH/EFT and cheque paymentsPerform ad hoc tasks to support Director of Finance, Corporate Controller and Project Accounting Managers as neededRequirements:Related Accounting EducationCPA enrolment or plan to enroll2+ years of accounting experience, real estate preferred but not required
