Our client, a banking organization is looking for an OFSAA Expert.
Job description :
In order to optimize the Data Model update process in OFSAA, we wish to conduct an analysis of the current process and make optimization recommendations. We wish to obtain external expertise and advice in order to obtain “best practices” on the subject.
Role and responsibilities :
The objective of this mandate is to carry out an analysis of the Data Model update process. This analysis will result in recommendations aimed at optimizing this process by following industry best practices. The ultimate goal is to accelerate the release of Data Model enhancements from two (2) to three (3) per month to one (1) per week.
- Documentation review: Review all documents related to the Data Model update process.
- Evaluation of FSDF solution: Examine the complexity and efficiency of the current model using the FSDF solution.
- Expert interviews: Organize interviews with the expert consultants responsible for the process and development to gain a practical understanding.
- Recommendations report: A detailed document highlighting possible areas for optimization, supported by analyses and processes from other financial institutions, as well as the steps to be taken to implement these changes.
