We are seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our client’s dynamic team. This front-facing role involves acting as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring effective communication, and managing administrative tasks related to investor relations. The ideal candidate will be able to train in-office initially and transition to a fully remote role once up to speed. Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for investors, answering inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide regular updates and distribute investment statements to investors.Connect investors with auditors and manage the distribution of notices and other communications.Maintain and update investor documentation and records.Assist with the preparation and dissemination of reports and other investor-related materials.Ensure all communications are documented and filed appropriately.Coordinate investor meetings and calls, ensuring all necessary information is prepared and available.Facilitate the flow of information between investors and the internal team, ensuring clarity and consistency. Qualifications:Prior experience in an administrative or investor relations role is highly preferred.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Flexibility in terms of level of seniority, ability to adapt to the needs of the role and the team.
