Location: Toronto, ONCompany: Leading Financial InstitutionSchedule: Hybrid - In office once or twice a weekAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a dynamic team in downtown Toronto. This role is crucial in supporting the wealth management division, where you will partner closely with the Product Owner to gather, analyze, and break down system requirements for the development team. If you have a strong background in wealth management and data analysis, I want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Gather and analyze system requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.Partner with the Product Owner to define and filter requirements for the development team.Perform data analysis and data mapping tasks.Develop acceptance criteria and detailed system requirements.Navigate and utilize SQL databases effectively.Contribute to daily scrums and participate in 2-week sprint cycles.Collaborate with a team of developers, QAs, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience: 5-10 years as a Business Systems Analyst, with a solid background in wealth management.Data Analysis: Essential.Data Mapping: Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills; ability to navigate databases.Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Equities, Mutual Funds, Options, and various derivatives.Tools and Platforms: Experience with Compass X, and desired IBM book of records product is a plus.
