We are hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact and brand ambassador for Mustang Cat.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

· Answer and route all incoming calls to the main switchboard

· Greet and direct all visitors

· Assist sales department with incoming calls and relaying messages

· Maintain inventory of all sales materials

· Track mailing proceeds of VA Warranty Cards

· Organize and distribute parts books

· Maintain customer mailing records for sales department

· Scan and index sales documents

· File machine certificates of origin

· Additional projects and administrative duties assigned as needed

Receptionist Position Requirements:

· High school graduate or equivalent

· 2+ years of professional receptionist experience, using a multiline switchboard

· Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to all levels of customers and employees

· Personable and approachable with a positive, outgoing personality

· Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and web browsing

· Bilingual English/Spanish required
