Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service/Tech Support Representative (afternoon/evening shift) to add to their growing team. HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITYWhat's in it for you: from home and work in the office 2 days per monthfor a leader in its industrycompensation packageand rewarding environmentWorking hours are: Tuesday to Saturday 3:30pm-12am (midnight)OrSunday to Thursday 3:30pm-12am (midnight)In this role you will be responsible for: client inquiries by phone and emailprompt problem resolution to issues as they ariseup with clients to ensure complete satisfactiontechnical support to customers when neededother duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will possess: Bilingual in French and English, written and verbalminimum of 2 years of call centre experiencetechnical support experience is requiredanalytical and problem solving skillsknowledge of MS Officefriendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essentialPlease note, a criminal background check is required for the successful candidate.
