  • Area managers are responsiblefor ensuring that staff maintain sites as per our laid down standards
  • Area managers must be wellorganised in terms of managing payroll, admin and the clients expectations
  • Managing the consumables budgetis key to good overall site management
  • Time management is essential to ensure thatall sites are visited as agreed
  • Ability to adapt to changes inthe economic cycle
  • Ensuring that staff are welltrained
  • Ensuring sites are wellequipped with consumables and staff as per the contract
  • Manage discipline as per our disciplinary code
  • On and de boarding of stafftimeously
  • Occasional transporting ofstaff form one site to another in an emergency situation
  • Ensure leads are provided - a minimum of 2 leads to be provided everymonth
