Les responsabilités qui te seront confiées :
  • Collaborer activement avec le contrôleur pour définir et renforcer l'environnement de contrôle interne de l'entreprise.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des contrôles interne de la documentation, des flux de processus;
  • Réaliser la réconciliation détaillée du bilan et des comptes de résultats pour garantir leur exactitude;
  • Analyser périodiquement les comptes de bilan et de résultats assignés, en assurant la cohérence des informations et en élaborant des plans d'action pour traiter les incohérences;
  • Effectuer la clôture mensuelle des comptes assignés en respectant les délais et les normes comptables;
  • Veiller à la conformité des normes comptable (IFRS) et ducontrôleinterne(SOX), en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques;
  • Assurer la bonne gestion des actifs fixes, des travaux en cours, des prêts et autres actifs;
  • Produire et analyser des informations financières pertinentes pour les rapports destinés aux coordinateurs comptables du siège social;
  • Créer et maintenir des procédures de bureau détaillées pour standardiser les processus comptables et améliorer leur efficacité.
  • Assister le coordinateur comptable dans la préparation des rapports destinés au siège social, en fournissant des données précises et à jour.
Les critères que nous recherchons :
  • Diplôme universitaire enadministration des affaires profil finance, comptabilité ou tout autre expérience pertinente pour le rôle;
  • 3-5 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Détenir le titre de CPA (un atout);
  • Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier(un atout);
  • Bonne maîtrise del'IFRS, et SOX, outils de bureautiques;
  • Bonne connaissance deSAP;
  • Expérience dans un cabinet comptable (un atout);
  • Capacité d'organisation, aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes ainsi qu’orienté service client.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively collaborate with the controller to define and strengthen the company’s internal control environment.
  • Participate in the implementation of internal controls, documentation, and process flows.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of balance sheets and income statements to ensure their accuracy.
  • Periodically analyze assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring data consistency and developing action plans to address discrepancies.
  • Conduct month-end closing of assigned accounts in compliance with deadlines and accounting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS) and internal controls (SOX) by implementing best practices.
  • Manage fixed assets, work-in-progress, loans, and other assets effectively.
  • Produce and analyze relevant financial information for reports to the headquarters’ accounting coordinators.
  • Create and maintain detailed office procedures to standardize accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist the accounting coordinator in preparing reports for headquarters by providing accurate and up-to-date data.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance or accounting, or any other relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • CPA designation (an asset).
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and office tools.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in an accounting firm (an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.
