Jennifer looking for a babysitter or nanny

We have a busy family of 3 boys under 3 I am a stay at home mom but would like to find care for appointments I may have. We are also a baseball family and taking the boys to watch their dad play is often difficult, and passed their bedtime. Wed also like to be able to go on date nights more often without having to worry about our babes.

We typically only need care for the oldest 2 boys as our youngest is still breastfeeding and comes along with us.

Our 2 year old is busy and very energetic, he loves outdoors, sports, and cars
Our 1 year old is sweet and goofy. He loves to explore and is pretty calm.
