We are actively seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Director to assume a leadership role within Tingue, a prominent player in the commercial laundry industry. As the E-Commerce Director, you will be entrusted with driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across the organization.


This role demands a visionary leader with a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges. You will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, promoting a sense of urgency, and instilling a competitive drive among the team. Your ability to make informed decisions swiftly, adapt to dynamic market conditions, and be accountable for outcomes will be paramount to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the e-commerce efforts, spearheading initiatives to optimize our online sales channels and enhance customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the website redesign and ongoing maintenance efforts, prioritizing user-friendliness and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate in identifying and targeting opportunities to enhance our brand image and market presence.
  • Create ongoing initiatives to optimize our website's SEO and user experience, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Implement robust metrics to track the performance of marketing initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate on innovative marketing materials to promote our brand effectively.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
  • Oversee product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Work closely the operations and sales teams to launch new products and promotions effectively.
  • Prioritize the customer experience by ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries, addressing customer feedback and complaints, and continuously improving the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to the leadership team.
  • Analyze the customer journey across all touchpoints, from initial discovery to post-purchase experience. Identify opportunities to streamline the shopping experience, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the company's e-commerce website for usability, performance, and conversion. Implement A/B testing, user feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement strategies.


 

 

Key Requirements:

·      A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector, hopefully with a focus on commercial laundry.

·      Proven expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these platforms for business growth.

·      Experience in public relations is highly desirable.

·      Strong process improvement skills, with a keen eye for streamlining workflows and optimizing efficiency.

·      An outgoing, energetic, and positive demeanor that inspires collaboration and drives results.

 

 

Education:

·      Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
