Reliance Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to help with the daily operations of our office.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the schedule, treatment coordination, and day-to-day office duties. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about contributing to a close-knit team while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining and optimizing the schedule for hygiene and doctors.
  2. Answering patient’s questions and addressing any concerns professionally.
  3. Support duties such as sterilization, office cleaning, etc.
  4. Process accounts receivable and ensure payments are received in a timely manner from patients & insurance companies.
  5. Daily processing/submitting insurance claims.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
  2. Great problem-solving skills.
  3. Must be friendly and professional.
  4. A high school diploma or relevant certification is required.
  5. A minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience is a must.
  6. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
  7. Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
  8. Previous dental experience is necessary.
  9. Experience with Dental Practice Management systems such as Dentrix would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Based on experience
