_*What You’ll Do:*_
* Provide body treatments and therapeutic massage services utilizing various modalities
* Make clients feel welcome and comfortable and promote the benefits of massage therapy as specific to each client and recommend frequency
* Ensure to observe customer reaction to massage as well as modify as required
* Be on time for each massage appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
* Maintain the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization
* Complete required client notes, maintains accurate documentation and filing of client files after each visit
* Consult and work with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Naturopaths on cross treated clients to offer team-based approach to healthcare
* Provide content and/or appear on screen in social media marketing campaigns
* Submit all mandatory paperwork to insurance companies
* Work closely with reception staff to ensure that booking and billing of clients is completed efficiently and accurately
* Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and contribute toward a quality work environment
* Assists in activities including staff meetings, promotions; clean-up and housekeeping

_*As a Registered Massage Therapist, you must have:*_
* Registered and in good standing with your governing colleges (CMTO)
* Liability Insurance
* Excellent management and organizational skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
* Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
* Proficient computing skills and the use of: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel
* Proficient use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) an asset
* Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff
* Cupping Therapy and additional certifications an asset
* Previous MVA and WSIB experience is an asset
