POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Stella residence is currently looking for

of a day maintenance person, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.

Day shift, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Clear and salt the entrances

Maintain and clean the premises

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
