Sommaire des fonctions :

Sous l’autorité du directeur d’usine, le titulaire de ce poste programme, opère et règle la Machine à Contrôle numérique (Centre d’usinage) :

Tâches :

Interpréter le bon de travail.

Vérifier les dessins et ajuster la machine au besoin.

Programmer, régler et faire fonctionner la machine à contrôle numérique dans les temps requis.

Régler les problèmes techniques. Calculer les dimensions et les paramètres. Sélectionner les outils.

Relever tout écart et/ou non-conformité par rapport aux spécifications et aux tolérances, et en aviser le superviseur ou le responsable qualité. Remplir les rapports-qualité.

Vérifier les produits pour s’assurer de leur conformité quant à leur forme, leurs dimensions ou autres normes Usitechnov.

Utiliser et étalonner adéquatement les instruments de métrologie requis.

Transporter des pièces manuellement ou à l’aide d’un pont roulant /palan.

Voir à la circulation des bons de travail – selon processus interne

Signer le bon de travail et rapporter les données de production (Quantités sur la tablette numérique).

S’assurer que le ménage et l’entretien de sa machine soient faits quotidiennement selon la cédule d’entretien.

Maintenir et/ou améliorer les temps d’opération.

Collaborer à assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire.

Qualifications requises :

DEP en usinage et ASP en Contrôle numérique

Maitrise du langage Mazatrol

Connaissance du logiciel Mastercam un atout

Expérience de 8 ans ou plus recherchée

Maitrise du Centre d’usinage

Maitrise des outils de métrologie

Souci de la précision et du détail

Capacité de concentration, bon jugement, autonomie

Respect des règles et des normes
