We are calling all storytellers As a Content Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy - elevating our brand awareness and captivating our audience across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing the content strategy and overseeing the production of content based on our marketing objectives and audience needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional team members to bring meaningful, engaging, and memorable stories to life. Your “mission” at Apollo will be to grow brand awareness and your success will be defined by how many riders you’re able to reach and engage with. What you’ll be doing: 

Content Strategy:

  • Drive content strategy for all our platforms - identify key storylines that support our brand and come up with engaging ways to tell them.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of the content marketing strategy across all channels, assuming responsibility for the content calendar.
  • Execute integrated campaign content strategies across all channels working closely with the digital team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on audit findings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Own monthly KPI analysis and reporting.

Content Creation and Curation:

Video

  • “Be the Brand keeper”, ensuring that content used across platforms (including blog, landing pages, web pages, social media, advertising campaigns, etc.) is aligned to the Brand Id.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all channels. This includes, written, visual, and multimedia content.
  • Understand the nuances of storytelling for various channels, such as social media, blogs, videos, emails and adapt the narrative style accordingly.
  • Ensure that the brand story & visual look remains consistent while catering to the unique preferences and behaviors of each platform's audience.
  • Manage freelancers and/or external production partners to develop appealing content. This includes finding new ones and managing current ones.
  • Responsible for all social media accounts - ensuring the content calendar is up-to-date, posting, and tracking performance.
  • Encourage and curate UGC content that contributes to the brand story.
  • Collaborate with our current affiliates to create high-value content for customers for engagement & awareness.
  • Find and build relationships with new affiliates to increase awareness within the industry & across other industries.
  • Own PR function - build relationships with industry media and work together to tell stories that support the Apollo brand.

Written

  • Work closely with the SEO agency to optimize content for better visibility and ranking.
  • Proofread, revise, and edit materials for grammar, tone, and style.
  • Coordinate with external agencies & partners as needed, including: affiliates, influencers, content producers, SEO agency, Paid Media Agency.

Analytics:

  • Prepare periodical reports, focused on finding opportunities to improve platform performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices & share with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage a strategic content calendar to drive brand growth and reduce cost of customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Write and oversee the creation of blogs, scripts, press releases, and more. (Note: Video creation experience is not required - but familiarity with the process is definitely a PLUS)
  • Content Publishing: Ensure timely and consistent publishing of content across relevant channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, content creators, brands for collaborations, and the community.
  • Social & Reputation Management: Oversee community engagement, social media, and brand reputation efforts.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

  • Filming & Editing: While an ability to film and edit would be a plus, the focus of this role is on strategic content creation. We work with external and internal content creators and editors to fill in those gaps.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or a related field.

Ce que vous ferez

Stratégie de contenu :

  • Diriger la stratégie de contenu pour toutes nos plateformes - identifier les histoires clés qui renforcent notre marque et proposer des moyens engageants de les raconter.
  • Diriger et superviser la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de marketing de contenu sur tous les canaux, en assumant la responsabilité du calendrier de contenu.
  • Exécuter des stratégies de contenu pour des campagnes intégrées sur tous les canaux en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe digitale.
  • Fournir des recommandations stratégiques basées sur des audits pour maintenir un avantage concurrentiel.
  • Suivre et analyser les KPI mensuels et faire des rapports.

Création et Curation de Contenu: 

Vidéo

  • Être le “gardien de la marque”, veillant à ce que le contenu diffusé sur toutes les plateformes (y compris blog, pages d’accueil, pages web, réseaux sociaux, campagnes publicitaires, etc.) soit en ligne avec l'identité de la marque.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour concevoir et produire du contenu de haute qualité, engageant et pertinent pour tous les canaux. Cela inclut le contenu écrit, visuel et multimédia.
  • Comprendre les nuances de la narration pour chaque canal, tel que les réseaux sociaux, les blogs, les vidéos, les e-mails, et adapter le style en conséquence.
  • Assurer la cohérence de l'histoire et de l'aspect visuel de la marque tout en tenant compte des préférences et comportements uniques de chaque audience.
  • Gérer les freelances et/ou les partenaires de production externes pour développer un contenu attrayant, y compris identifier de nouveaux partenaires et gérer les partenaires actuels.
  • Gérer tous les comptes de réseaux sociaux - en veillant à la mise à jour du calendrier de contenu, à la publication et au suivi des performances.
  • Encourager et sélectionner du contenu généré par les utilisateurs (UGC) qui contribue à l'histoire de la marque.
  • Collaborer avec nos affiliés actuels pour créer du contenu de grande valeur pour l'engagement et la notoriété des clients.

  • Collaborer avec l’agence SEO pour optimiser le contenu et améliorer la visibilité et le classement.
  • Relire, réviser et éditer les matériaux pour la grammaire, le ton et le style.
  • Coordonner avec les agences et partenaires externes, y compris : affiliés, influenceurs, producteurs de contenu, agence SEO, agence de médias payants.

Analytique: 

  • Préparer des rapports périodiques, en mettant l'accent sur l'identification d'opportunités d'amélioration de la performance des plateformes.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances de l'industrie et des meilleures pratiques, et les partager avec l'équipe.

Responsabilités Clés :

  • Stratégie de Contenu:  Développer et gérer un calendrier stratégique de contenu pour stimuler la croissance de la marque et réduire le coût d’acquisition client.
  • Création de Contenu:  Rédiger et superviser la création de blogs, scripts, communiqués de presse, et plus encore. (Remarque : l'expérience en création de vidéo n'est pas requise, mais une familiarité avec le processus est un plus).
  • Publication de Contenu:  Assurer la publication cohérente et en temps voulu du contenu sur les canaux pertinents.
  • Gestion des Relation:  Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les affiliés, créateurs de contenu, marques pour des collaborations, et la communauté.
  • Gestion des Réseaux et de la Réputation:  Superviser l'engagement de la communauté, les réseaux sociaux, et les efforts pour la réputation de la marque.
  • Reporting et Analyse: Suivre et rendre compte de la performance du contenu, en prenant des décisions basées sur les données pour optimiser les efforts futurs.
