TalentWorld is recruiting a Cyber Security Architect in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define and assess security architecture requirements for IT projects.
  • Incorporate IT security measures into system development.
  • Advise on security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Execute I&IT security projects and tasks.
  • Lead large-scale security architecture projects.
  • Liaise with IT and program management for security planning.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT security trends.
  • Communicate effectively as a lead technical resource.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Manage deadlines and client relationships efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the public sector is a must.
  • Proven expertise in security architecture design and project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in technical security architecture design, security liaison, project management, and communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of security technologies, legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $85.00HR - $95.00HR
  • Benefits: 37.5 Hours Weekly, Contract, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 12 months contract, possibility of extension
