We are looking for a highly motivated front desk receptionist/dental receptionist to join our team at 97 Dental. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OpenDental is beneficial but not required and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, and provide a warm and friendly welcome
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in OpenDental software beneficial but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
