This full-time, on-site opportunity in Embrun, ON , offers a 100% commission-based model , ideal for those skilled at attracting and retaining clients. If you’re looking to grow your practice and explore multiple areas of law, this role could be the perfect fit.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing files in corporate, family, real estate, or wills & estates law
  • On-site presence in Embrun, Ontario
  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • J.D. or LL.B, member of the Law Society of Ontario
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
  • An existing book of business is an asset, not required

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Handle client files in corporate, family, real estate, and wills & estates law
  • Offer legal advice and services in both French and English
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations as needed
  • Build strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal solutions
