Charger Logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our team at our Brampton location.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement & optimize End User Experience and Modern Workplace Technologies.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and technologies, including OKTA, Azure AD, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization.
  • Architecture & design of Intune, VDI, M365 Virtual Desktop, Autopilot.
  • Hands-on experience with automated application deployment & patch rollout via systems management tools like Config Manager, Intune, etc.
  • Responsible for the packaging of applications including all related preparation tasks for enterprise software deployment.
  • Administer, support, and resolve AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, IAM incidents related to End User Computing.
  • Supporting and enhancing our Hybrid-Cloud device management platform.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles on project delivery & transfer to operations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on M365, Intune, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge with scripting, preferably with PowerShell.
  • Experience managing enterprise-class infrastructure in a multi/hybrid cloud environment that includes Microsoft, AWS, and on-premises.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite, particularly Exchange Online (Hybrid), OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams, and Security & Compliance features.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and related components.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and ITIL practices.
  • Contribute to the cloud-based disaster recovery; build policy and be prepared to act in the event of outages.
  • Must possess influencing ability and can win the confidence of individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Must be adaptable to change and quickly learn new software and adapt to new technologies.
