Responsabilités :
Répondre aux demandes de support des usagers, par téléphone et par clavardage;
Analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients;
Proposer des solutions adaptées à la réalité de leur organisation;
Collaborer avec les différents département;
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions;
Rédiger de la documentation et des outils de formation;
Maintenir la satisfaction de la clientèle à un niveau élevé;
Anglais et français car nous avons des clients dans le reste du Canada et aux États-Unis
