We are looking for a Project Planner - Risk Specialist to work at Bruce Power Nuclear site or off-site office.

The Project Planner will play a lead role in providing Project Management support at the project, program, or division level. They will ensure that their assigned projects/programs adhere to approved processes, tools, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the preparation and maintenance of planning and control/cost engineering functions
  2. Prepare or assist with estimates, review of variance, and support documentation
  3. Facilitate Work Breakdown Structure development meetings
  4. Establish major project/program milestones and provide coordination services
  5. Perform financial risk analysis on baseline and scenario project and program costs
  6. Develop and maintain the baseline program budget
  7. Produce cost, schedule, and resource reports and graphics
  8. Conduct periodic sensitivity analysis for the overall program
  9. Prepare project/program summary reports
  10. Ensure planning and control documentation conforms to established standards
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-year diploma/degree in business management/engineering/technology
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project risk, an RMP designation is an asset
  • Previous Nuclear experience an asset
  • Security clearance an asset
  • Understanding or experience with mechanical or electrical components or design an asset
