Supreme Basement Solutions, a division of Supreme Services, is one of Essex County's highest rated Basement Solutions companies. Job Overview:

As the manager of Supreme Basement Solutions you will be instrumental in the future success of the company; responsible for coordinating and executing leads, production and all related activities while ensuring exceptional customer service. Further, you will be responsible for revenue growth and relationship building, process development, cost reductions and gross profit. You will have a strong desire to get the job done in the given timelines which may include working in the field, (hands on), if needed.

REPORTING: Report directly to the Owner or VP of Operations.

Duties:

• Plan, organize, and supervise the production of all related work and projects from start to finish.
• Conduct construction estimating.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Conduct in-home inspections; Diagnose foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues.
• Educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues.
• Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process.
• Bring a “can-do” attitude to all leads and opportunities.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Provide assistance on general construction jobs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Mandatory: Minimum of (3-5) years of Basement or Construction Management.
• Mandatory: Minimum of (3-5) years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Mandatory: Valid class “G” Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Proven track record of reliability, honesty, and hard work.
• Proven technical/computer skills.
• Proven, exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• A thorough understanding of residential (or commercial) construction methods.
• Preferred: Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
• A proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and co-workers alike.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS for Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling:

• Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 40 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Experience Required:

Only applicants who have waterproofing, foundation (or related construction experience) will be considered and responded to. Training related to Supreme Basement Solutions' superior products and installation techniques will be provided - but previous leadership and management experience will be required.
