Our new office in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean is expanding, and we’re lookingfor a talented electrical engineer with three to five years of experience tojoin our Power System Design team. While working at this dynamic office, you’llbe supported by experts from the larger offices while enjoying a peaceful andpleasant work environment. You'll be working on projects both locally andacross Quebec and Canada.

We train and support our engineers so they can excel and be among thebest in Canada. You’ll be able to work closely with other team members todesign and develop innovative and high-quality power systems. Our firm isfocused on collegiality, diversifying employee skills and ensuring theirwell-being. 

We’re looking for amotivated and passionate electrical engineer to help with our success.

An overview of your mandates andresponsibilities

With us, you’ll get the opportunity to

  • Perform load studies and system analyses to ensure power systems are designed to meet client and end-user needs.
  • Design and draft specifications for electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, distribution panels and electrical cables.
  • Perform short-circuit current, coordination protection and selectivity calculations under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Coordinate with project team members and clients to ensure requirements are met.
  • Under the supervision of senior engineers, perform tests and trials on electrical equipment to ensure it's working properly.

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • An understanding of applicable standards and electrical codes
  • Adept at working on a team and communicating effectively with team members and clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under the supervision of senior engineers
