What you will be doing
  1. Manage the existing team for operations related to Specialty Services Programs.
  2. Direct the efforts of the team developing project plans for the business owner and manage the financials of the department in conjunction with the finance and respective client; including reporting of budgets to Senior Director.
  3. Responsible for the day to day management of the client.
  4. Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions.
  5. Make recommendations in the development of long-term strategies.
  6. Present strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units, continued company growth and profitability.
  7. Undertake the primary role in establishing/assigning appropriate account management implementation.
  8. Assess and develop improvement plans for the Specialty Services management & operations.
  9. In conjunction with Senior Director and other department leads - proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing.
  10. Establish Business Plans, objectives and implementation strategies for integrated programs operating in the Specialty Services, including process flows, organizational structure, budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking and improvements.
  11. Responsible for Talent Management, Motivating Teams and Career Development Strategies.
  12. Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments.
  13. Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
  1. University degree in applicable field; Requires broad knowledge and training in the fields of business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations.
  2. Requires a minimum Seven (7) years of experience with at least 5 years in a progressive management role.
  3. A minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  4. General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes.
  5. Understand the technology’s direction, trends and strategic business impact on key client initiatives.
  6. Dynamic leader who can energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and/or techniques to respond to the business needs.
  7. Knowledge of full service call center programs an asset.
  8. Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget.
  9. Strong customer/client management background.
  10. Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation.
  11. Good Analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects.
  12. The ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process.
  13. Strong Decision making capabilities.
  14. Critical thinking skills, creative and innovative solutions to internal or external client needs.
  15. Strong industry and company business knowledge.
  16. Strategic thinker with long term planning experience.
  17. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and in both French and English.
