Job Description

We are presently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, Skin Quality based in Markham, Ontario (hybrid / 3-days in-office). This full-time, individual contributor position reports to the Head of Marketing.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the integrated strategy in how our brands address a top patient need – improving skin quality. In doing so, they will oversee the management of the SkinMedica, Skinvive and Latisse brands directly, and be part of the launch of a pipeline of new products in 2025 and beyond. These products fill a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The Product Manager will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), their patients, and the Allergan Medical Aesthetics business.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy for our Skin Quality portfolio commercial execution – build not only the individual brand strategy, but also how the different brands come together in a compelling way for our customers and patients.
  • Lead the strategic, tactical, and executional planning (both annual brand planning and on-going implementation) for the Skinvive and SkinMedica brands, collaboratively influencing and guiding cross-functional partners (sales managers, education, medical affairs, etc.) to support common brand objectives.
  • Drive execution at the field-level, ensuring understanding and alignment of strategic goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans with sales managers, training leads and full field force.
  • Establish clear brand KPIs that define what success looks like, and regularly analyze performance and market dynamics/opportunities, communicating findings to brand team and to senior management.
  • Own the development of key solutions and tools designed to boldly drive SkinMedica growth with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while accurately planning and reporting financial spend.
  • Work collaboratively with International Marketing & Strategic Operations (IMCO) counterparts to co-create or locally adapt IMCO-led solutions to ensure they reflect Canadian strategic priorities and local regulations .
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Medical Aesthetics portfolio (including BOTOX COSMETIC, Juvéderm, CoolSculpting, and Belkyra).
  • Build and enrich KOL relationships in support of our brand objectives.
  • Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative or creative and value-creating tools and programs.
Qualifications

Skills:
  • Strategic thinking, multi-tasking with a strong ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive and independent in bringing forward recommendations that ‘raise the bar’ to drive performance improvement.
  • Strong marketing skills including data analytics, strategy and marketing tool development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Equivalent to a four-year University education with emphasis in science and/or business.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of Marketing experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry; previous cross-functional commercial experience (e.g. Sales, Category Management, Business Excellence, Shopper/Trade Marketing, etc.) is an asset.
  • Experience working in Health Canada regulated industries, in particular within Beauty, Cosmetic, or Medical Aesthetics, is preferred.
  • Flexibility for travel is required (~ 20%).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
