Overview of the company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality dampers, expansion joints, and specialized gas flow control equipment, seeking an experienced Controller for their Laval office. The Controller will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning to support company growth.
Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes.
Decision Support: Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
Controls and Compliance: Establish internal controls, manage audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize liquidity, and manage banking relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, CPA designation preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience.
Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
Bilingual (French, English).

Notre client est un manufacturier de premier plan d'amortisseur de haute qualité, de joints de dilatation et d'équipements de contrôle de flux de gaz spécialisés, recherche un Contrôleur expérimenté pour leur bureau de Laval. Le Contrôleur supervisera les opérations financières, garantissant des rapports précis, l'établissement de budgets et une planification financière stratégique pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités : Supervision Financière : Gérer les rapports financiers, l'analyse et la conformité, en garantissant précision et alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Élaboration de Budgets et Prévisions : Développer des budgets, suivre les performances et fournir des informations pour optimiser les résultats financiers.
Soutien à la Décision : Effectuer des analyses financières pour orienter les décisions stratégiques et évaluer les opportunités commerciales.
Contrôles et Conformité : Établir des contrôles internes, gérer les audits et assurer le respect des normes comptables.
Gestion de Trésorerie : Surveiller les flux de trésorerie, optimiser la liquidité et gérer les relations bancaires.
Qualifications : Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance; désignation CPA preferable.
Minimum de 3-5 ans d'expérience en finance/comptabilité.
Bonne connaissance du domaine manufacturier.
Solides compétences analytiques et maîtrise des logiciels financiers.
Bilingue (français, anglais).
