Hair Stylist

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist with at least 5 years experience to join our team. Chair rental is an option for exceptional experienced hairstylists with their own clientele.

As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall appearance. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments - Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide expert advice on suitable styles and treatments - Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their experience and meet sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas - Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing payments - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge - Assist with retail sales of hair care products to clients - Follow proper sanitization protocols to maintain a clean and safe salon environment Experience: - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting - Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments - Strong knowledge of current trends in hair styling and ability to translate them into client-specific styles - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Familiarity with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and payment processing - Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Experience in retail sales of hair care products is a plus Join our team of talented stylists and showcase your creativity while providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
