Company credentials Great Places to Work certified three years in a row Only communications company to be ranked in LinkedIn’s Top 25 Great Places to Work 2022 Media Agency of the Year 2023 Media Agency of the Year finalist What we Offer: Work Your World program enabling you to experience working from anywhere in Canada or overseas for up to 6 weeks a year Extended long weekends throughout the year with an additional day off each long weekend Wellness & Tech benefits to support what’s most important to you Birthday leave Extensive Learning & Development opportunities, including more than 15,000 learning programs via our online learning platform as well as a Professional Development Allowance Local and Global Mobility within the Publicis Groupe network Overview Activate and manage active SEM campaigns Build new campaigns, ads, and keywords based on client briefs Provide recommendations for new campaigns including tactics, spend and performance estimates etc. Perform optimizations based on insights from Search data Complete client reports with help from SEM Coordinators Oversee training and developing of SEM Coordinators and Specialists Manage team that may include SEM Coordinators, Specialists and/or Supervisors Account and client strategy development Responsibilities Optimize budget pacing, bids and bidding strategies, ads and more Pull data from multiple systems to create PowerPoint and Excel reports Identify opportunities or insights during ongoing accounts from Engine systems and reports Create and update keywords lists, ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensions Provide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performance Help with the growth and development of junior team members Qualifications 5+ years of SEM agency experience Previous management or supervisory experience Shopping Ads experience preferred A strong desire to learn and improve own skill set through directing learning Organization in order to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to find solutions to unique tasks and operate independently on daily tasks Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis Strong numerical and computer skills High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint Good writing skills, for both ad copy writing and to summarize insights in a concise manner Strong public speaking, in order to discuss campaign aspects with clients in meetings Accountability Additional information Starcom is an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
