The Crossing at Ghost River is a unique lodging and corporate/group event venue located in Cochrane, AB. We offer meetings, conferences, corporate retreats, leadership workshops, team building, and corporate wellness programs in a peaceful natural setting, away from distractions and interruptions. Our venue is approximately 20km northwest of Cochrane and a picturesque 50-minute drive from downtown Calgary or the city's international airport. We have fully equipped meeting spaces with wi-fi, LCD projectors, projection screens, and presentation tools, as well as in-room catering. Our comfortable guest rooms feature beautiful antiques, cozy quilts, and picturesque views.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at The Crossing at Ghost River located in Cochrane, AB. The Chef will be responsible for creating culinary masterpieces, seeking fresh ingredients, and offering a variety of dietary food options. The Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the perfect balance of comfort and class in their food creations.

Qualifications
Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate various dietary needs
Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food presentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the culinary team
Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Certification or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
