Dynamics CRM Developer

Responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: Developing detailed programming specifications Writing and/or generating code Maintaining and conducting unit tests Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems during software use and operation, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and deployment Responsibilities Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications Develop detailed programming specifications using Dynamics CRM Write and/or generate code Compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and deployment Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Principles related to Dynamics CRM such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM Business Units, Teams and Roles management Mandatory Skills Experience in Customisation of Dynamics CRM: Entities, Forms, Views, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard Build and customise Dynamics CRM Workflows, Plug-ins, and complex Microsoft Power Automate flows Expert in customisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, creating custom pages, utilising Dynamic forms and views to display on the customer service portal Building SSRS Reports on Dynamics CRM online for on-demand and scheduled reporting General Skills Experience in programming and analysis; specialised software package support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle Experience in structured methodologies such as Agile Scrum for development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications Experience in design, code, test, debug, and document applications Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
