Overview
The Website Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting content migration, taxonomy development, and content management for the new website of the organization. This position requires a details-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of web development and content management systems (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Migration:
    Assist in the migration of content from old to the new website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    Review and organize existing content for relevance and update as necessary.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure content is transferred efficiently and meets the organization’s standards.
  • Taxonomy Development:
    Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain a structured taxonomy for the website content.
    Ensure that content is categorized correctly and consistently across the website.
    Implement best practices for metadata tagging and classification to improve content discoverability.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    Act as a liaison between the website development team and other departments.
    Organize meetings and discussions to gather content requirements and feedback.
    Provide regular updates on the progress of content migration, taxonomy development, and content management tasks.

Requirements
At least three years of experience in website management or related fields is required. Experience in communications, marketing, and web analytics is desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
