Your efforts will ensure the effective delivery of our programs, utilizing "cloud-first" technology for seamless access from any location.
What you’ll do:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare project proposals, business cases, and other documentation for IT projects.
- Documentation: Assist in all aspects of information management, including the development of functional and business specifications and user stories.
- Process Improvement: Design and develop proposals to transform business systems and processes.
- Governance: Support IT governance and create relevant governance documentation.
- Requirements Analysis: Define, analyse, and document business system requirements, engaging key stakeholders as necessary.
- Advisory: Review functional system designs and provide advice and support across the organisation.
What you bring:
- Qualifications in Information Technology or Business Management.
- Demonstrated experience in IT transformation, business process modelling, and identifying opportunities for process improvements in a lean and/or agile environment.
- Effective stakeholder engagement with the ability to develop productive working relationships.
- Proven ability to create and communicate user stories, business requirement documents, and other technical documentation.
- Experience leading workshops related to business process redesign, lean process reengineering, customer journey mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to analyse problems and develop solutions.
- Ability to work independently.

- A general understanding of CRM systems.
- Understanding and experience with Cloud technologies.
- Experience with Medical Software solutions.
- Experience in organisational change management, customer experience, and/or human-centred design.
