  • Process Improvement: Design and develop proposals to transform business systems and processes.
  • Governance: Support IT governance and create relevant governance documentation.
  • Requirements Analysis: Define, analyse, and document business system requirements, engaging key stakeholders as necessary.
  • Advisory: Review functional system designs and provide advice and support across the organisation.

What you bring:

  • Qualifications in Information Technology or Business Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT transformation, business process modelling, and identifying opportunities for process improvements in a lean and/or agile environment.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement with the ability to develop productive working relationships.
  • Proven ability to create and communicate user stories, business requirement documents, and other technical documentation.
  • Experience leading workshops related to business process redesign, lean process reengineering, customer journey mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to analyse problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work independently.

We'd love if you have:

  • A general understanding of CRM systems.
  • Understanding and experience with Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Medical Software solutions.
  • Experience in organisational change management, customer experience, and/or human-centred design.

Generous salary packaging: Increase your take-home pay by paying certain expenses using pre-tax dollars, up to $15,900 a year.

Ready to make a difference?

If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply now and join us in making a real difference. We will be interviewing as suitable applicants come through, so please do not delay your application.

Please be advised you will be requested to complete a National Police Check; we appreciate your cooperation.

Research shows that candidates from diverse backgrounds, those living with a disability, or individuals returning to the workforce after raising children, often hesitate to apply if they don't meet all the criteria. At Diabetes Australia, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you are interested, we encourage you to apply. We believe that a diverse workforce enriches our collective experience, drives innovation, and creates a welcoming environment for everyone.
