Techso is looking to expand its DEV team. You will work as a data visualization expert to meet the needs of our Montreal-based customers and support their BI teams.

Responsibilities

  • As part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in supporting our customers' dashboard maintenance projects.
  • Be a driving force in terms of improving data visualization
  • Ensure portal and executive dashboard updates
  • Monitor operational indicators
  • Validate and interpret dashboard data
  • Monitor data quality to detect any anomalies that may occur in the dashboards
  • Manage and handle user problems
  • Documentation of solutions found to problems
  • Active participation in writing and updating documentation

Skills required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software
  • Solid BI expertise (particularly in a SAP environment) - minimum 5 years' professional experience
  • Solid skills in SQL queries under Microsoft SQL server
  • Mastery of Tableau and Power BI tools
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, PowerShell, etc.
  • You are bilingual French/English
