Location:Ideally based in the Greater Toronto Area. Hamilton and the Niagara region are acceptable. It would be great if this person went into the office 1 or 2 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting, training, and administering the sales process.
  • Developing and implementing consultative selling strategies to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients
  • Conducting thorough research on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop account-based marketing plans to support cross-sell and upsell efforts
  • Providing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet their targets
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Requirements:
  • Must have 10+ years of B2B sales experience and have 5+ years of experience leading a sales team
  • Must love to coach, mentor and lead a team of high-performing sales reps (very "hands-on" leader)
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling services/products with services. A good grasp of medical or benefit sales is nice to have
  • Experience working and selling to all sizes of companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Digitally literate (i.e., experience using a CRM and other sales tools)
  • Ability to travel locally to attend client meetings
