As an Intermediate Packaging Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our creative team, contributing to advanced design projects that elevate our visual style. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong portfolio, extensive knowledge of design, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of assuming a leadership role within the design team.

Responsibilities:

· Experience designing food products
Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results.
· Collaborate with junior designers and teams, offering guidance for skill development.
· Manage multiple projects, coordinating requirements and timelines.
· Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite and stay updated on industry tools.
· Apply typography and layout principles effectively in designs.
· Find creative solutions for design challenges.
· Conduct thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
· Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and expertise.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
