Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of hospitality?Our client, a leader in the creation of custom case goods and seating for extraordinary hospitality experiences is seeking an Project Accountant to join their vibrant and forward-thinking team

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and variance explanations.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including income tax and sales tax.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during financial audits.
- Minimum of 5 years expereince in related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Minimum of 2 years project accounting expereince.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with partial payments and invoices.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google Suites.
