About the role

As our digital growth story continues, we are on the lookout for an Application Support Specialist who will coordinate and conduct day to day support activities for Metlifecare's MS Dynamics platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Products. you will take responsibility for the management and maintenance of the existing system as well as the implementation of our future release roadmap. Based in our Newmarket Support Office we support a hybrid working model.

Kery responsibilities will include:

  • Support of the core Dynamics 365 platform (FinOps)
  • Be the Metlifecare and Microsoft technical contact person on an ongoing basis - engaging with Microsoft Global Support and the general online communities
  • Perform administration system configuration and testing support during the implementation
  • Update and maintain system and integration interfaces and support for any specialised resources required to complete these tasks
  • Analysing and testing release upgrades for new functionality and changes - these include minor and major upgrades

  • Extensive experience in an application support role for MS Dynamics 365 FinOps
  • You will be a Microsoft Dynamics Guru and be the go to for updates, solution design, configuration, testing & deployment
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple business stakeholders
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle competing priorities
  • Ability to think outside of the box and use a variety of methodologies to create successful improvement projects using MS Dynamics
