Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing relationships with existing customers and prospects, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires regular communication with customers to foster relationships and business growth. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with inside sales, field sales, and customer success teams to ensure regional success.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving sales growth from both existing and new customers within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Expand revenue across the full product portfolio, with a strong focus on consumables, including disposable plastics and standards.
  • Lead new product launches and execute targeted sales initiatives, independently or with support from Analytichem.

Effective and frequent outreach to customers

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals as set by your manager.
  • Maintain regular communication cycles with key internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
  • Organize outreach efforts and follow-ups on missing orders, sent quotes, and other routine business activities, with support from your manager.

Use of provided company tools to enable success in the role

  • Collaborate with the field sales representative in the assigned region to drive business growth.
  • Respond promptly to requests for lead follow-ups and quote closures.
  • Work closely with the customer success team as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently use HubSpot (CRM) and other company-provided tools, such as Qlik (data analysis), to manage deals, track opportunities, and gain insights into business flow.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Sciences or business.
  • Ideally +2 years of experience in an inside sales or field sales role.
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of selling over the phone/email in the analytical science field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, especially in emergency situations – for example – end of month/qtr. Close.
  • Strong organizational and project management skill – for example – use of CRM tools like hubspot.
  • Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally with customers.

Le Responsable des Ventes Internes est chargé de stimuler la croissance des revenus, de gérer les relations avec les clients existants et les prospects, et de dépasser les objectifs de ventes. Ce rôle nécessite une communication régulière avec les clients pour favoriser les relations et la croissance de l'entreprise. Le Responsable des Ventes Internes travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de ventes internes, de terrain et de réussite client pour garantir le succès de la région.

Principales responsabilités

Stimuler la croissance des revenus

  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels en développant les ventes auprès des clients existants et nouveaux dans le territoire géographique assigné.
  • Augmenter le chiffre d'affaires sur l'ensemble de la gamme de produits, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les consommables, tels que les plastiques jetables et les standards.
  • Diriger les lancements de nouveaux produits et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de vente ciblées, de manière autonome ou avec le soutien d'Analytichem.

Communication efficace et fréquente avec les clients

  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs quotidiens et hebdomadaires de prospection établis par votre manager.
  • Maintenir des cycles de communication réguliers avec les parties prenantes clés, internes et externes, pour favoriser le succès.
  • Planifier et exécuter des actions de suivi sur les commandes manquantes, les devis envoyés et d'autres activités commerciales courantes, avec le soutien de votre manager.

Utilisation des outils fournis par l'entreprise pour réussir dans le rôle.

  • Collaborer avec le représentant commercial sur le terrain dans la région assignée pour stimuler la croissance des ventes.
  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes de suivi des prospects et de finalisation des devis.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service client lorsque nécessaire.
  • Exploiter efficacement HubSpot (CRM) et d'autres outils fournis par l'entreprise, tels que Qlik (analyse de données), pour gérer les transactions, suivre les opportunités et comprendre le flux commercial.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en sciences ou en commerce
  • Idéalement 2+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de ventes internes ou de ventes sur le terrain.
  • Expérience avérée dans l'atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente.
  • Solide expérience en vente par téléphone et par courriel dans le domaine des sciences analytiques.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration au sein d'une équipe avec un fort sens du travail et de l'engagement.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler sous pression, notamment lors des clôtures de fin de mois/trimestre.
  • Compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet, y compris la maîtrise des outils CRM comme HubSpot.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant en interne qu'avec les clients.
