Toronto Athletic Camps (TAC Sports Group) is a leader in sports education, specializing in physical, confidence, and leadership development for students aged 3.5 to 16. Growth opportunities We're looking for an candidate that is 18-24 and is a responsible, caring, and dedicated person that holds biblical values and is interested in working with children. The Day Camp Counsellor/Coordinator will supervise groups of children and will be responsible for their well-being, as well as lead various activities such as sports or games. The ideal candidate should enjoy being around children, have a good attitude, energy and enthusiasm, enjoy sports/games and take initiative and be a team player. Previous experience in camp supervision or working/serving with children is an asset. Please note: Only successful candidates will receive a follow-up.

Responsibilities: Complete required training Create lessons plans/schedules for sports/games Supervise children Be a good role model for children Report and liaise with Camp Director Work well with team Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 9 weeks

Qualifications:

Experience working with children aged 6-12 NCCP Coaching certification (or equivalent) preferred Background knowledge and experience in Basketball or other sports Current Vulnerable Sector Check Standard First aid and CPR C Strong communication skills Bilingual - English/French an asset

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: 7 hour shift Day shift 9-4pm Monday to Friday Ability to commute
