Reefer Sales and Service Position: Parts & Service Coordinator - Guelph
This is not a remote position - You are required to be on-site every day.

Over the past 33 years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service and support across North America. We are currently looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator to grow in our Guelph Service shop.

You are a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, logistics, transportation and culture, with the objective of delivering premium service experience in an established market presence that reflects our company’s core values: Family, Loyalty, Integrity and Quality.

You possess exemplary interpersonal skills, pride yourself on your ability to provide exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Handle inbound phone traffic for service department.
Coordinate and direct service technicians.
Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and ensuring merchandise received matches delivery documentation.
packing boxes; Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
Assist in counting of physical inventory.
Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop at any given time.
Create quotations for service, as required.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Must have had a minimum of 3+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
Important: This position may require some overtime work during busy periods.
