Security Specialist, IGA, Brampton, ON

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance team, the Security Specialist, IGA ensures users have the appropriate access, governance controls and protection are in place to safeguard our assets.

What you will do:

• Partner with team members in information security, network, infrastructure, and application support teams to operate SailPoint environment as aligned to business requirements, technical standards, and security frameworks.
• Produce technical solution documents, Statement of Procedure (SOPs) as per the requirement of the organization.
• Deliver technical presentations and/or knowledge walkthroughs of existing and proposed systems to various audiences including project & team members, peer technology teams and senior management.
• SailPoint and EIAM administration to support access management for the organization.
• Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain IAM Services, including IAM systems and application components.

What you bring:

• Demonstrate solid experience administering in an SailPoint & EIAM solutions.
• Fluent in creating and scripting dashboards for all daily/weekly & periodic reporting.
• Support and deploy of SailPoint solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance security posture in SailPoint and EIAM solutions.
• Experience in leveraging your analytic and problem-solving skills to associate security/control weaknesses within a technology environment to the risk that is posed to the business.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to SailPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new SailPoint services.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner while tailoring your communication style and messaging to the various audiences
