You’ll work with the latest technology and resources to deliver high-quality imaging services. The CMH redevelopment project is well underway. By the end of 2026, we'll have an expanded emergency department with 23 treatment spaces, a medical-surgical inpatient unit with 36 beds, and a mental health unit featuring 8 single-occupancy rooms. As the project moves toward completion in 2029, enhancements across the hospital will include an upgraded maternity and women\'s health unit, expanded oncology and ambulatory care services, and a new academic space for the UBC Faculty of Medicine.
