The Fraser Way Medicine Centre Pharmacy and Clinic is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. We are a local community pharmacy dedicated to serving our customers and prioritizing patient care. Our staff focus on maintaining a strong work ethic while presenting a friendly customer focused attitude.

Position Summary:
* Visiting patients in the community and performing patient specific assessments such as blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure monitoring
* Administering medications i.e: orally, injections, creams etc.
* Interpreting assessment data to adjust medications accordingly
* Documentation of patient behaviour changes and assessment data
* Submitting daily reports to pharmacists

Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
* Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
* Good verbal communication skills
* Valid BC Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
* Compensation dependant upon experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
