POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a payable technician to be part of our great team in Brossard Young and dynamic, our team offers you a great working environment.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for managing accounts payable

Calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable and related documents

Make adjustments as needed

Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals

Work closely with other departments of the company

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

DEP or DEC in accounting

3 to 5 years of related work experience

French / English bilingualism (an asset), French being the main working language

Knowledge of Word and Excel software

Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
