We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting their client relationships and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including account administration, project management, and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date KYC (Know Your Customer) information and account documentation.
Prepare client meeting materials, participate in meetings, and document any required account changes.
Act as a client service liaison, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Maintain and utilize the CRM system to effectively track client interactions.
Foster strong relationships with custodians and administrators to ensure seamless operations.
Take ownership of department projects and administrative tasks, driving efficiency and completion.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver superior client service.
Contribute to marketing and communication efforts as required.

What you bring to the table:
3-5 years of experience in a related financial services industry
Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field (preferred)
Industry designations such as CSC, CFP, or CIM a strong asset
In-depth understanding of investment products and account structures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
Experience with portfolio management software, CRM systems, and financial planning tools (considered an asset)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess sharp analytical abilities
