Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Description

• Plan, direct and coordinate all operational functions relating to accounting and finance
• Evaluate current accounting activities including product costing, offer recommendations to improve them and implement new processes
• Participate in the improvement of the systems in place to enable an efficient and secure information technology solution to allow the future growth of the company
• Coordinate the financial forecasting and budget process, analyze it and correct forecasts
• Train, supervise and support the teamwork in the execution of operational and financial activities
  
  

• Bilingualism, spoken and written, preferred but not essential
• CPA license
• Strong analytical skills to identify key problems, prepare and implement solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
