Position: Inventory and Improvement Planner

Location: Mississauga, ON - On-Site

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full Time

General Duties

  • Working in implementation and maintenance of both manual and digital inventory systems.
  • Providing clear data to inventory and procurements teams for purchasing, maintenance and usage of consumable inventory for all TDG sites
  • Documenting and updating processes pertaining to but not limited to consumables process across all sites, prototype and manual pack lists, raw materials transfer between sites and suppliers, vendor managed inventory (VMI) management and other processes within the materials and inventory.
  • Working within an ISO compliant environment to improve, streamline, and manage various processes and policies within inventory across all sites.
  • Independently managing projects within inventory and material management.
  • Working with other departments within TDG to execute and complete tasks pertaining to inventory and materials system.


Requirements

  •  3 – 5-year experience in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing or distribution company.
  • Self starter who can work within a team environment to accomplish mutual goals.
  • Must be detail oriented and documented.
  • Able to work independently to accomplished assigned tasks and projects.
  • Working collaboratively to address challenges in a timely manner
  • Experience in running and executing projects.
  • Experience with both manual and digital inventory systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • QuickBooks Enterprise experience would be an asset.
  • Must be able to travel to TDG Sites internationally.
