Role Overview This is not a traditional Product Manager role. Instead, you will lead a dedicated agile delivery team of developers and QA professionals focused on serving Sycle’s customers. In this model, customers strongly influence the roadmap and priorities. The successful candidate will bring senior-level experience, maturity, and a strong technical background in SaaS products, integrations, and APIs. Equally important, this role requires a mix of backbone and diplomacy: someone who can manage complex customer expectations, build trust, and represent Sycle’s perspective while aligning tactical requests with broader strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Partnership & Alignment Serve as the main point of contact with customers for product delivery, ensuring priorities and outcomes are clear Build professional, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Navigate complex customer dynamics with tact, diplomacy, and strong communication Product & Delivery Leadership Lead a full agile delivery team of developers and QA professionals Translate customer-driven requirements into actionable product plans Balance immediate customer needs with Sycle’s long-term strategy Technical Expertise Apply strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs Oversee projects involving multiple integrations and dependencies Ensure delivery aligns with compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) Required Qualifications Proven experience managing large, strategic customers with significant influence on product direction Strong technical acumen in SaaS software, integrations, and APIs Demonstrated ability to lead agile delivery teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to be both diplomatic and firm Experience balancing customer priorities with broader business strategy Track record of delivering high-value outcomes in customer-facing product roles While this is a remote role, we are only considering candidates from BC or Ontario where the product management team currently has team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
